To share our supreme quality product with the rest of the world we started roasting Don Julián’s coffee. We started this project several years ago and now we roast our own coffee and supply offices, markets, restaurants, cafés, and individual houses in Guatemala, United States and Europe.

After the harvest and processing, green coffee is taken into a warehouse especially designed to preserve coffee special characteristics intact until it is roasted. Green coffee is taken into the roaster and the roasting process starts until the desired roast is obtained, when this occurs, coffee is immediately taken out of the roaster and cooled down by an air stream. After coffee is cooled it is packed or grinded and packed.

For packing we use a special trilaminated bag that allows a shelf life of over 2 years. Due to our commitment with quality, we can provide special roasts and grinds as desired by the costumer.
